Waldorf Astoria Chicago, part of Hilton, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Grand Gold Coast property. You’ll support sales operations, manage administrative tasks, and help generate new business by researching prospects and preparing client summaries.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers, handle contracts and proposals, assist with reporting, and contribute to events and campaigns that drive bookings and guest experiences at our luxury hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Comfort with CRM tools and data accuracy in records and invoices.
• Ability to research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including data entry, invoice distribution, Salesforce activity tracking, and recordkeeping.
• Assist with contracts, proposals, RFP responses, and booking/loyalty reporting.
• Generate and qualify new business leads and maintain a qualified pipeline.
• Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers and hotel partners to identify opportunities.
• Support special projects and events and participate in meetings and conferences as needed.

Waldorf Astoria Chicago is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team in Chicago's Gold Coast!

Reminiscent of the grand Parisian hotels of the 1920s, this luxury hotel features 215 rooms, over 5,000 square feet of meeting space and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, 2 bars, and in-room dining.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Perform daily sales operations: Provide administrative support including data entry, invoice distribution, Salesforce activity tracking, and recordkeeping to ensure efficient team operations
• Support sales documentation and reporting: Assist with preparing contracts, proposals, RFP responses, client call summaries, and booking and loyalty reports
• Generate and qualify new business leads: Research, identify, and evaluate unmanaged and prospect accounts to build and maintain a qualified pipeline
• Build collaborative relationships: Partner with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers, customers, and hotel partners to identify and qualify new opportunities, conduct discovery calls for unmanaged accounts, and deliver tailored solutions
• Assist with special projects and events: Support departmental initiatives, customer engagement activities, and participation in meetings and conferences as needed
