• Experience in Sales with the ability to recommend appropriate services and products.
• State licensure or certification as an Aesthetician or Laser Technician (or eligibility to obtain).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols and documentation requirements.
• Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic setting preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on treatments safely and effectively.

Role Description The Aesthetician/Laser Technician is an on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is responsible for performing a range of aesthetic and laser treatments (Sciton preferred), including skin care services, hair removal procedures, microneedling, and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments in accordance with clinic protocols. The Aesthetician/Laser Technician will conduct consultations, assess patient needs, explain treatment options, and maintain accurate treatment records. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, ensuring equipment safety and cleanliness, providing post-care instructions, and promoting recommended products and services. This role also involves delivering high-quality customer service, supporting patient education, and collaborating with the clinical Skin Charm care team to create a welcoming and professional environment.
