Las Vegas, NV – MGM Resorts International is seeking a professional Aesthetician to curate renewals that align with our elevated Spa & Salon standards. You will collaborate across teams to deliver show-stopping experiences and maintain the guest-centric approach MGM Resorts is known for.

The role involves expert skin care, body waxing, facials, and makeup application, with a commission-based pay structure plus tips. 18+ and a Nevada aesthetician license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an aesthetician in a spa/salon environment.
• Guest service experience is required.
• Skills in body waxing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional, friendly service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and departmental policies.
• Deliver current treatment techniques in body wraps, scrubs, facials, waxing and makeup.
• Tailor treatments to guest skin types and needs.

THE STARTING RATE:

Commission-based, plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
• Ensure spa guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in body wraps, scrubs, facials, waxing and makeup application per treatment and department protocols
• Evaluate guest needs and skin type to tailor treatments and services
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years previous experience as an aesthetician in a spa or salon environment and guest service experience
• Skilled in body waxing techniques is preferred
• Must currently hold a Nevada issued Aesthetician license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
