Job summary

Bellezza Aesthetics is expanding and seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead growth of new outlets across the United States. Lead a high-performing team, develop winning sales strategies, and cultivate VIP client relationships while leveraging premium devices and protocols.

Competitive base salary plus aggressive commission structure, and clear path to senior management as the rollout continues. Travel between outlets to ensure consistent sales excellence and staff mentorship are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in Aesthetic, Beauty, or Healthcare.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage a growing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Launch & Lead: Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team for our new outlets.
• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to smash revenue targets and capture market share.
• High-Touch Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with a discerning clientele and identify VIP opportunities.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to refine sales scripts and closing techniques.
