Job summary

LaserAway seeks a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) in Florida to own one-on-one consultations, craft tailored treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey from first visit to loyalty. This full-time role includes a base pay with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, plus comprehensive training.

You'll educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services, present financing options, and partner with clinicians to ensure a premium patient

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure — base pay is the floor, not the goal.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required.
• Motivated by results — yours and your patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations, design customized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey to build long-term trust.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Work with LaserAway's CRM to maintain a steady pipeline of leads and access patient history for prepared consultations.
