• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure; base pay is the floor.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through their aesthetic journey from consultation to checkout.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services with financing options.
• Collaborate with clinicians and Location Director to ensure premium patient experience.
• Manage CRM-driven leads and patient histories to prepare for consultations.
