• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure and driving earnings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; present plans and financing.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver premium patient experience.
• Manage patient journey from first hello through checkout and long-term loyalty.
