You will guide patients through their aesthetic journey, present financing options, and work with clinicians to ensure a premium experience from arrival to checkout.

The role offers a base of $17/hr with uncapped commissions and a realistic first-year earnings range of $70,000–$95,000, plus full training and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure with base pay as floor.
• Polished, confident, patient-centered in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Present treatment plans and financing options to patients.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to ensure premium experience.
• Build loyal patient books and drive long-term relationships.
