Job summary

Cynosure, LLC. is seeking a regional account manager to sell consumables and skincare across a defined territory in the United States. You will build and maintain Cynosure relationships, drive revenue growth, and educate providers on Cynosure’s skincare line.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in sales or field-based marketing, a BS/BA in marketing or related field, strong communication, and CRM experience such as Salesforce.com. This role requires extensive travel and in-person client engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales or field-based marketing experience.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Strong marketing knowledge across traditional, digital, and in-office channels.
• Strong understanding of business planning and practice development strategies.
• CRM experience (Salesforce.com) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within designated territory to grow existing business and generate new opportunities.
• Regular on-site account visits and build relationships with providers, owners and staff.
• Prospect within territory to open new skincare accounts.
• Educate customers on business planning and practice development strategies.
• Provide ongoing practice support and clinical education.
• Educate customers on increasing revenue and utilization through sales and marketing.
• Conduct in-office events to drive sales efforts and results.
• Drive and obtain orders for consumables and skincare products.
• Schedule and route for in-person visits to support territory coverage and results.
• Report activities in Salesforce.com.
