Job summary

New Radiance Cosmetic Centers in South Florida is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join a growing, multi-location aesthetic practice. This full-time role offers 32–40 hours per week with a pay range of $18–$20 per hour plus 10% commission on product sales, and flexible scheduling to meet clinic needs.

As part of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, you will build professional relationships with patients and physicians, implement action plans, maintain confidentiality, and support our mission

Qualifications

• Previous medical aesthetics or cosmetic dermatology experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
• Understand the goals of the practice and independently develop action plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive matters.
• Support the clinic's vision and goals.
• Operate POS system to review client information and scheduling while adhering to clinical standards.
