Job summary

New Radiance Cosmetic Centers in South Florida is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support a multi-location aesthetics practice under Advanced MedAesthetic Partners (AMP).

You will manage patient communications, scheduling, and serve as the first point of contact while helping clinicians, ensuring a five-star patient experience. The role offers full-time hours, $18–$20 per hour plus 10% commission on product sales, with growth opportunities within the AMP network.

Qualifications

• Previous medical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology practice, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude while building effective relationships with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
• Understand the goals of the practice and independently develop and execute plans of action to achieve those goals.
• Handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Actively support and remain aligned with the vision and goals of the practice.
• Operate various technological equipment such as a POS system in order to review client information, schedule, and adhere to clinical standards.
