Qualificações

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1–3 years of aesthetic experience or formal aesthetics training preferred.
• Strong communication and guest relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to consult, educate, and convert guests with confidence.
• Experience with clinical documentation and use of treatment technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver aesthetic services such as injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments.
• Provide clinical care with safety, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain documentation including chart notes and before/after photos.
• Educate guests on treatment options, products, and membership benefits.
• Support guest retention with confident, results-driven experiences.
• Meet performance goals for revenue, rebooking, retail, and retention.
• Maintain a clean, professional studio environment per protocols.
• Collaborate with team on sales and marketing initiatives.
