Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1-3 years of aesthetic experience or formal aesthetics training preferred.
• Strong communication and guest relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to consult, educate, and convert guests with confidence.
• Experience with clinical documentation and use of treatment technologies.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of medical aesthetic services such as injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments.
• Provide exceptional clinical care with attention to safety, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including chart notes and before/after photos.
• Educate guests on treatment options, retail products, and membership benefits.
• Support guest retention by creating confident, results-driven experiences.
• Meet individual performance goals for revenue, rebooking, retail, and retention.
• Maintain a clean, professional studio environment in accordance with protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to support studio sales and marketing initiatives.
