Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in state of practice.
- 1–3 years aesthetic experience or formal aesthetics training (preferred).
- Strong communication and guest relationship-building skills.
- Experience with clinical documentation and treatment technologies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver aesthetic services such as injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments.
- Maintain detailed chart notes and before/after photos.
- Educate guests on options, products, and memberships.
- Support guest retention with confidence-building experiences.
- Meet revenue, rebooking, and retention goals; maintain a clean studio per protocols.
