Job summary

Pinch Med, Inc. is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses in Minnesota for a 1099 contractor role to grow in aesthetics and deliver tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients’ homes.

You set your own schedule, choose your clients, and receive support with malpractice coverage, marketing, technology, and ongoing training as you grow your practice with a nationally recognized brand.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota APRN license required.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for growing a private aesthetics practice.
• Bonus: existing patient network or event/influencer outreach experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business

What You Will Do

If you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start. Please apply only if you can attend one of the dates below in full. Already certified and experienced? You likely won't need this — but you're welcome to join.

What We Are Looking For

• Required: Active APRN license in Minnesota
• Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best

• Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
