Job summary

Pulse Holistic MedSpa in Wixom, Michigan is seeking a licensed RN with aesthetic injecting experience to join our clinical team. You will perform injectables under physician delegation, participate in laser and IV therapy services, and ensure comprehensive patient safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• An active, unrestricted Michigan RN license.
• At least two years of aesthetic injecting experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with lasers, IV therapy or PRP a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations with skin imaging and take health history.
• Propose a written 3–12 month treatment plan with pricing.
• Ensure good faith exam is completed before treatment.
• Follow up with injectable clients and adjust plans as needed.
• Document visits consistently in EMR and monitor safety protocols.
