Job summary

NakedMD in California is seeking a Registered Nurse for an aesthetic injector role. You will uphold medical integrity and prioritize patient well-being while delivering dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling, and chemical peels.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, documentation, safety, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling. Availability on Fri/Sat is required and compensation is hourly. Competitive based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge of aesthetic nursing care methods and procedures.
• Familiarity with health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, including medical history, desired results, treatment plans, and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits.
• Provide Aesthetic Services such as dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling, and chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation (charts, before/after photos, treatment records).
• Ensure patient safety by inspecting the injection room and maintaining hygiene and safety.
• Respect patient diversity and rights to care.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns and goals.
• Stay updated on latest aesthetic treatments and products.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays; assist with inventory as needed.
• Must be available Fri/Sat.

Annual Salary Range: $45-55/hour based on experience and bonus eligible

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits
• Perform Aesthetic Services- dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and medical grade chemical peels
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling
• Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments
• Confident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plans
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels as needed
