This position is based out of our HQ office in Colorado Springs. This position includes a hybrid schedule after the training completion.Reviews:Vanguard Skin Specialists believes in providing regular feedback and encouraging professional development. For the first year, you will have reviews every quarter with the opportunity for compensation increases. After one year, you will be included in the next of our upcoming semi-annual spring or fall review cycles for your formal reviews, and thereafter your compensation reviews will occur in that cycle (fall or spring) annually.The practice promotes from within which provides opportunity for growth and advancement.Compensation & Benefits:Compensation is $19 - $21 per hour (based on experience) with eligibility for overtime and paid time off. The practice covers a portion of the premium for medical benefits and offers vision, dental, and 401K.
