Essentia Health is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Fargo, ND, to deliver advanced health assessment and holistic care. You will work with a team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program.
• Previous gastroenterology experience or knowledge.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse (NP) or NP/PA as required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinic consults and follow-ups with 7–12 outpatients per day.
• Provide occasional inpatient call coverage for consults and follow-ups.
• Utilize advanced assessment and decision-making skills independently.
