The Center for Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their Wisconsin clinic, with duties across Neenah and Appleton locations. The role requires welcoming patients, scheduling, and maintaining service knowledge to assist guests effectively.

The ideal candidate will have clinical office experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying friendly and professional.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and cosmetic procedures is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years in a medical office or medical spa setting.
• Experience managing phone systems and scheduling in medical settings.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients warmly.
• Collect patient information and enter into system.
• Escort patients to exam rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms.
• Process check-outs and collect fees.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Prepare patient charts and handle admin tasks.
• Keep waiting area comfortable and tidy.
