Job summary

SkinSpirit is seeking an Aesthetic Practitioner in Park Ridge to join our Medical department full-time. You will assess patients and provide cosmetic injections, laser therapies, and laser hair removal, while delivering safe, personalized treatments and exceptional patient care.

Ideal candidates hold an active state license (RN/NP/PA/MD/DO/ND) with 2+ years in a clinical setting, laser experience preferred, and a track record of professional communication.

Qualifications

• Active RN/NP/PA/MD/DO/ND license required to practice in the state of employment.
• 2+ years of experience desired.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Laser experience preferred.
• Existing clientele is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must communicate effectively with patients, peers and managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and perform treatments tailored to each patient.
• Educate patients on treatment processes, including pre and post care.
• Acknowledge and respond to patient queries and expectations.
• Apply best practices and stay updated with market trends and techniques.
• Provide in-clinic support for mid-level providers when needed.
• Ensure patient safety at all times.
• Promote retail products and additional services offered by the company.
• Maintain equipment and inventory of products.
• Follow established treatment protocols.
• Update patient charts and take before/after photos.
• Generate and maintain a patient base.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Occasional travel to other locations for training.
