Job summary

Motykie Med Spa in West Hollywood, CA is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support our aesthetics and regenerative medicine team. This hands-on role spans check-in, clinical photography, room preparation, charting assistance, and checkout, in a luxury medical environment.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, polished, and organized, comfortable balancing clinical and administrative duties while delivering elevated patient service and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• One year of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetics setting.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Experience assisting with injectables, lasers, microneedling, IV therapy, peptides, facials, or regenerative treatments is a plus.
• Experience taking standardized clinical photographs is preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Nextech a plus) and accurate patient charting.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, polished bedside manner.
• Professional appearance and commitment to elevated patient service.
• Comfortable assisting with both front- and back-office responsibilities.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, check in, and escort patients to treatment rooms.
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling and general patient questions.
• Take consistent before-and-after photographs.
• Collect patient histories, consent forms, and vital signs as directed.
• Assist nurses and providers with charting and clinical documentation.
• Prepare, clean, stock, and turn over treatment rooms.
