Job summary

Galderma in Miami is seeking an Alastin Inside Sales Account Manager to build and lead the Inside Sales function. You will support accounts in assigned geographies with phone and email outreach, reporting to the Associate Director, Customer and Sales Support.

You will educate customers on product indications and safety, demonstrate solutions online, qualify leads, process orders, and help grow sales while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years aesthetics inside sales or field sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• Knowledge of clinical, surgical techniques and aesthetic procedures
• Experience building relationships with customers
• Strong goal setting, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to present virtually
• Self-reliant with solid decision making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Multi-tasking and time management skills
• Experience with NetSuite or CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to serve accounts across US time zones
• Willingness to travel for accounts and LOAs
• Attendance at sales meetings and calls
• Open to longer hours during month/quarter/year-end
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Travel to accounts during vacancy/LOA may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coverage for accounts/geographies, lead qualification, leaves of absence and vacancies
• Promote and sell products to Inside Sales accounts and prospects
• Educate customers on product indications and safety
• Perform online demos or training webinars
• Build relationships and credibility with customers
• Develop actions to increase sales and market share
• Execute marketing strategies and enter orders
• Assist with order issues and payment problems
• Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities
• Suggest improvements for Inside Sales performance
• Attend scheduled sales meetings and calls
• Support accounts across time zones
• Prepare for end-of-month/quarter/year-end targets
• Proficient with MS Office
• Travel to accounts as needed
