Beauté Paris Medical Spa / Integrative Wellness in the Austin area is seeking a primary injector for on-site work in Bee Cave/West Austin. The role can be full-time or part-time and requires hands-on injecting experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers, plus a portfolio of patient-consented results.

Responsibilities include full-face assessments, personalized treatment plans, patient education on options/risks, charting, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN, APRN or PA license and hands-on aesthetic injecting experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Portfolio of patient-consented before-and-after injectable results demonstrating assessment, technique and clinical judgment.
• Three years of directly relevant injecting experience preferred.
• Fewer years considered based on demonstrated skills and portfolio quality.
• Biostimulator and regenerative-treatment experience preferred.

• Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments; provide biostimulator and regenerative services when trained.

• Complete charting, informed consent, patient photos, product and lot records, and follow-up.

Primary Injector for Our Growing Med Spa

Full-time or part-time · On-site in Bee Cave / West Austin 78738

• Medical director: off-site.
• Required: hands-on injecting experience with both neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Required: portfolio of your own patient-consented injectable results.
• Conduct full-face assessments and develop individualized, multi-visit treatment plans within your license, training and delegated authority.
• Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments; provide biostimulator and regenerative services when appropriately trained and approved.
• Explain treatment options, risks, realistic expectations, sequencing, maintenance and aftercare.
• Assess contraindications, recognize and respond to complications, defer treatment when appropriate, and coordinate care with medical leadership.
• Complete charting, informed consent, patient-consented photography, product and lot records, and follow-up.
• Build retention and referrals through attentive care; coordinate complementary skin and wellness services and contribute patient-consented results to practice content.

What you bring

Compensation

• $45–$65 hourly base, based on relevant experience, credentials and proficiency.
• 15% service commission on net collected treatment revenue, paid in addition to hourly base.
• Separate 10% retail commission on eligible collected product sales under the written compensation plan.
• Up to $5,000 combined signing and six-month retention bonuses; split, eligibility and payment terms are confirmed in the written offer.
• Net collected treatment revenue means eligible service revenue actually collected, less applicable direct treatment consumables.
• Service commission is governed by the written compensation plan.
• Practice contribution of 50% toward the entry-level medical plan for eligible full-time employees following a 90-day waiting period, plus optional dental and vision coverage.
