Job summary

NakedMD in Idaho is seeking a registered nurse to join our aesthetic injector team. You will uphold medical integrity, deliver high-quality care, and guide patients through customized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, performing dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and chemical peels; maintaining charts and before/after photos; ensuring room hygiene; and coordinating appointments. Fri/Sat availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven RN experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with aesthetic nursing and related procedures is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and risk management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and patient care focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations to determine treatment plans and expectations.
• Deliver aesthetic services: dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling, chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and before/after photos; document treatments.
• Prioritize patient safety: maintain hygiene, safety and prepare injection room.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' concerns and goals; educate on risks and benefits.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and coordinate appointment scheduling.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays; assist with inventory as needed.
• Must be available Fri/Sat; provide comprehensive treatment plans to clients.

Requirements

• Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits
• Perform Aesthetic Services- dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and medical grade chemical peels
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling
• Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments
• Confident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plans
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels as needed
• Must be available Fri/Sat
