Job summary

NakedMD in San Jose, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our aesthetic injector team. The role focuses on patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivering dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling, and chemical peels.

You will maintain documentation, ensure safety, achieve sales targets through consultative selling, assist with scheduling, and support inventory. Fri/Sat availability required.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license.
• Experience in aesthetic nursing care.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent patient communication and consultative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, including medical history, desired results, treatment plans and explaining aesthetic results, risks, and benefits.
• Administer aesthetic services: dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling, and chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation: charts, before/after photos, treatment records.
• Ensure patient safety and hygiene in injection room, decontaminate equipment, sanitize surfaces.
• Honor patient diversity and rights to care; uphold patient well-being.
• Conduct consultations to understand aesthetic concerns, goals, and overall well-being.
• Stay updated on latest aesthetic treatments and industry trends.
• Meet sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assist clients with scheduling and coordinating treatments.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays; assist with inventory as needed.
• Must be available Fri/Sat.

Annual Salary Range: $45-55/hour based on experience + bonus eligible

Requirements

• Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits
• Perform Aesthetic Services- dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and medical grade chemical peels
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling
• Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments
• Confident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plans
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels as needed
