Job summary

NakedMD in West Covina, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our aesthetic injector team. The role focuses on safe, high-quality patient care and delivering desired cosmetic results.

You will perform injections, prep supplies, maintain charting, and ensure hygiene. Fri/Sat availability required. This position offers competitive hourly pay and bonus eligibility, with a patient-centric environment and opportunities to advance clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge of aesthetic nursing care methods and procedures.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Valid nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations including medical history, desired results, treatment plans and explanations of risks and benefits.
• Perform aesthetic services such as dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation including charts and before/after photos.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain hygiene in the injection room.
• Consult with diverse patients and tailor care to individual needs.
• Stay updated on new aesthetic treatments and industry trends.
• Assist with meeting sales targets through consultative selling.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate treatments as needed.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays; help maintain inventory.
• Must be available Friday and Saturday.

Annual Salary Range: $45-55/hour based on experience + bonus eligible

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits
• Perform Aesthetic Services- dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and medical grade chemical peels
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Confident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plans.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed.
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels as needed.
