Job summary

Best Self Aesthetics is seeking a skilled Aesthetic Injector to deliver advanced injectable treatments and build lasting patient relationships in a high-volume clinic setting.

You will conduct consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and educate patients on options, aftercare, and results, while upholding safety, documentation, and collaborative teamwork. Training is available for qualified candidates who show clinical excellence and patient-centric care.

Qualifications

• Active licensure relevant to scope of practice (NP/MD/DO/RN).
• Experience in aesthetic injecting strongly preferred (training available for right candidate).
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and bedside manner with a patient-centric approach.
• Comfort working in a high-volume, growth-focused environment.
• Collaborative mindset and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective injectable and aesthetic treatments in compliance with protocol and training.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $57.00-$70.00 per hour

• Annual Bonus Opportunity: Based on Performance

• Annual Earning Potential: $120k - $200k+

• Your bonus is fully performance-driven and designed to directly reward the impact you make.You’llearn a percentage of the revenue you personally generateplusadditionalincentive based on your site’s overall revenue achievement. Because bonuses are tied to performance rather than capped targets,earning potential is truly uncapped . This structure supports what matters most here—delivering exceptional patient care, building strong treatment plans, and contributing to practice growth as part of a high-performing team. Full transparency around targets, payout structure, and performance expectations will be provided during the interview process.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able tolift upto 25 pounds at a time.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Prolonged periods of standing for up to 10 hours at a time.
