Job summary

Look Lab Med Spa in Denver, Colorado seeks a licensed Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA/RN) to join a collaborative, growth‑focused team. The role involves patient consultations, personalized treatment planning, and performing injectable procedures and skin therapies with emphasis on safety and exceptional results.

Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse license in the employing state.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and assess patient goals and candidacy.
Develop customized treatment plans and educate patients on options, risks, and outcomes.
Perform injectable treatments (dermal fillers, neurotoxins) and skin procedures like microneedling and chemical peels.
Maintain infection control, documentation, and patient confidentiality.
Collaborate with the team to improve patient outcomes and stay current with industry practices.

What You'll Do

As an Aesthetic Injector, you'll serve as a trusted aesthetic advisor and treatment provider, helping patients achieve their goals through personalized care and treatment plans.

Patient Consultations & Treatment Planning

Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations
Assess patient concerns, goals, and treatment candidacy
Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes

Perform injectable treatments, including but not limited to dermal fillers and neurotoxins
Perform microneedling and medical-grade chemical peels
Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals
Deliver treatments safely, accurately, and ethically while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and maintenance recommendations
Ensure optimal patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience

Maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety
Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Maintain accurate patient documentation, treatment plans, and consent forms
Protect patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards

Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and best practices
Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities
Collaborate with fellow providers and team members to continuously improve patient outcomes

Qualifications
