Job summary

Best Self Aesthetics is seeking an Aesthetic Injector to join our team in Temecula, CA. You will perform injectables and device-based procedures with precision, conduct thorough consultations, and craft personalized treatment plans that enhance patient confidence and outcomes.

You will educate patients on options and set realistic expectations, while contributing to revenue goals in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values safety, compliance, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with aesthetics experience (3+ years preferred).
• Active BLS/ALS certifications and familiarity with clinical protocols.
• Experience performing neurotoxin, filler, device-based treatments preferred.
• Strong focus on patient care, safety, and compliance (OSHA/HIPAA).

About the Role

As an Aesthetic Injector, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping patients look and feel like their best selves. You’ll combine clinical artistry with relational care—conducting thorough consultations, designing personalized treatment plans, and performing injectable and device-based procedures with precision and confidence.

What You’ll Own

• Perform neurotoxin, filler, device-based, and other advanced aesthetic treatments (training provided as needed)
• Conduct highly consultative patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and skincare to support long-term results
• Drive personal revenue performance through treatment planning, patient retention, and schedule optimization
• Participate in touch bases with clinical leaders to align on training, growth, and performance
• NAVIGATE treatment documentation, EMR, and payment systems with speed and accuracy
• Provide clear product recommendations to support outcomes and drive skincare sales
• Help foster a positive, supportive environment for both patients and teammates
• Uphold safety, compliance, and protocol standards (OSHA, HIPAA, LJCSC policies)

Compensation

• Base Salary: $57.00-$70.00 per hour
• Annual Bonus Opportunity: Based on Performance
• Annual Earning Potential: $120k - $200k+

How the Bonus Works

Your bonus is fully performance-driven and designed to directly reward the impact you make. You’ll earn a percentage of the revenue you personally generate plus additional incentive based on your site’s overall revenue achievement. Because bonuses are tied to performance rather than capped targets, earning potential is truly uncapped. This structure supports what matters most here—delivering exceptional patient care, building strong treatment plans, and contributing to practice growth as part of a high-performing team. Full transparency around targets, payout structure, and performance expectations will be provided during the interview process.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods of standing for up to 10 hours at a time.
