Job summary

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners is seeking a patient-facing team member at our Folsom, CA location to greet patients, manage appointments, and support providers. You will handle check-out, payments, and rewards programs while ensuring smooth patient flow and accurate chart documentation.

The ideal candidate has medical aesthetics or similar client-facing experience, with strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Previous medical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology practice, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve as the first point of contact for all patients.
• Support providers by ensuring chart documentation is complete and patient flow is smooth.
• Manage check-out, collect payments, apply rewards (Alle, Aspire, Xperience), and review visit summaries.
• Schedule appointments, answer calls, and conduct patient outreach.
• Educate patients on services, promotions, rewards, and financing options.
• Build strong patient relationships that promote loyalty and repeat visits.
• Contribute to re-engagement and retention strategies.
