The Center for Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery in Wisconsin is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their fast-growing clinic, handling patient check-ins, scheduling, and general administrative tasks across Neenah and Appleton locations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be well-spoken, and able to multitask in a dynamic medical office environment, contributing to a friendly, patient-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a medical office or medical spa setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and cosmetic procedures is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Collect patient information and enter it into the system.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and ensure comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms between appointments.
• Process patient check-outs and collect required fees.
• Answer phone calls, retrieve voicemails, schedule appointments, and direct calls to staff.
• Prepare patient charts and handle all administrative tasks efficiently.
• Ensure the waiting area is comfortable and tidy.
