LaserAway in Cranston, RI is seeking a Store Sales Manager to lead a clinic, drive revenue, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. You will oversee operations, coach staff, and maintain LaserAway’s brand standards to deliver outstanding care.

The role requires a minimum 3+ years in high-end retail or service leadership, with strong skills in CRM and data analysis. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are expected to meet clinic needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries with proven success in consultative sales and team management.
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Success: Lead by example, coaching PCCs to achieve goals and maximize clinic revenue.
• Manage Clinic Operations: Oversee daily scheduling and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure premium care from consultation to treatment.
• Optimize Revenue Growth: Track CRM initiatives, focusing on cross-sell, upsell, and win-back strategies.
• Uphold Brand Standards: Maintain LaserAway’s standards, cleanliness, and dress codes.
• Oversee Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians, managing performance.
• Inventory and Equipment Oversight: Manage medical inventory and maintenance of aesthetic equipment.
• Foster Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses to position LaserAway locally.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Align staffing, budgeting, and performance goals with Regional Directors.
• Promote Team Culture: Lead with compassion and professionalism to motivate a unified team.
