Job summary

LaserAway Glendale is seeking a Store Sales Manager to lead a high-end aesthetic dermatology clinic, drive sales, and ensure exceptional patient care. You will develop a motivated team and manage clinic operations to achieve revenue goals.

You will coach PCCs and clinicians, monitor patient satisfaction, and coordinate staffing with regional teams. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus opportunities for growth and cross-clinic collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service with success in consultative sales and team management.
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision-making.
• A proactive, detail-oriented leader aligned with LaserAway’s values and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Success: Lead by example, coaching PCCs to achieve goals and maximize clinic revenue.
• Manage Clinic Operations: Oversee daily scheduling and ensure a busy, well‑paced clinic with staff breaks.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Monitor patient satisfaction from consultation to treatment.
• Optimize Revenue Growth: Track CRM initiatives; execute cross-sell, upsell, and win-back strategies.
• Uphold Brand Standards: Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and adhere to dress codes.
• Oversee Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians.
