Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a full-time Sales Receptionist to join our Framingham, MA clinic. You will engage with clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support medical staff while helping the team reach monthly sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, initiative, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced aesthetic environment. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Team player with ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to enhance satisfaction and build relationships.
• Answer calls, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records.
• Assist medical staff with treatment room upkeep and prepare spaces.
• Drive sales goals in collaboration with the clinic team.
• Provide excellent client experience and upsell opportunities where appropriate.
