Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a full-time Sales Receptionist to join our Philadelphia (Lansdale), PA clinic. You will engage with clients to enhance their satisfaction, manage front desk operations, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support the medical team.

As part of a growth-focused team, you will help reach monthly sales goals, maintain accurate client records, and assist with treatment room upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Administrative or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
• Team player with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with computers and sales software.
• Passion for aesthetics industry.
• Willing to work 40 hours weekly, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to promote sales and enhance satisfaction.
• Oversee front desk operations including answering calls and scheduling.
• Assist medical staff with treatment room maintenance.
• Collaborate with clinic team to achieve monthly sales goals.
