Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring a part-time Sales Receptionist for our Albany, NY clinic. You will be the first friendly face clients meet, handling front desk tasks, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting medical staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain and update client records.
• Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms.
• Support clinic team to achieve monthly sales goals.
• Provide exceptional client experience and upsell opportunities.
