Job summary

CPP Clinics is a leading provider of medical aesthetics services, offering treatments across multiple medspas. The Skin Rejuvenation Clinic in Edina, MN is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art team.

The Clinical Assistant delivers exceptional patient experiences, helps with preparation, room setup, clinical procedures, education, and follow-up, while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Aesthetician license and/or phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in a medical, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic, or MedSpa environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for aesthetics and patient care.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, Microsoft Office, and skincare product recommendations.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments, ensuring a positive experience.
• Obtain patient histories, update records, and collect vital signs as needed.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and patients for cosmetic procedures.
• Assist providers during aesthetic treatments, laser procedures, biopsies, and other clinical services.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Provide post-treatment instructions and conduct patient follow-up communications.
• Educate patients on skincare products, treatment plans, and aftercare.
• Recommend appropriate treatments, products, memberships, and services based on patient goals.
• Support patient retention through exceptional service and relationship building.
