Job summary

Princeton MedSpa Partners is seeking a Client Growth Specialist for its Albuquerque, NM clinic. This in-office, primarily phone-based role focuses on connecting with prospective and existing clients, answering questions, and converting interest into scheduled appointments.

You will manage high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails, educating clients on treatments, promotions, and memberships while driving intake and engagement with the clinic team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, call center, or similar client-facing role.
• Experience with outbound calling, lead follow-up, or appointment setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday on the phone.
• Confident initiating conversations and scheduling appointments.
• Results-driven with performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead management & outbound calling to nurture interest and schedule appointments.
• Appointment conversion: build connections and encourage booking.
• Client follow-up across inquiries, cancellations, and no-shows with established cadences.
• Educate clients on treatments, promotions, and memberships aligned with goals.
• Support clinic growth by improving bookings, show rates, retention, and repeat visits.
