Job summary

AlluraDerm in Albuquerque is seeking a friendly, motivated Client Growth Specialist. The role is in-office and primarily phone-based, focusing on outbound calls, lead follow-up, and converting interest into booked appointments.

You will engage new leads and existing clients, educate them on treatments and promotions, and collaborate with the Client Growth Manager to optimize scheduling, show rates, and clinic growth. Saturday availability and potential part- or full-time status are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, call center, appointment setting, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Experience with outbound calling, lead follow-up, or appointment setting strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday communicating with clients by phone
• Confident initiating conversations and asking prospective clients to schedule appointments
• Results-oriented and comfortable working toward individual and team performance goals

Responsibilities

• Lead management and outbound calling to nurture leads
• Appointment conversion by scheduling and guiding prospects
• Client follow-up on new leads, inquiries, cancellations, or no-shows
• Educate clients on treatments, services, and promotions
• Support clinic growth by improving bookings, show rates, and retention
• Monitor schedules and fill available appointment times
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM
• Meet daily/weekly activity goals
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to optimize client experience
• Provide backup support for multiple clinics
• Participate in ongoing performance coaching
