Job summary

Merz North America, Inc is seeking a Capital Sales Specialist in Texas to support Capital Territory Managers in selling Merz Aesthetics' capital equipment, including Ultherapy, to physicians and practices across plastic surgery, dermatology, and medical spas. The role involves field activity, product demonstrations, and building a strong sales funnel.

Ideal candidate will have a BA and 1–2 years in sales, customer facing roles, and a readiness to advance to a full Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years in sales, customer-facing, or business development roles.
• Experience with cold calling or prospecting is desirable.
• Ability to present and communicate value of products to physicians and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned CTMs in building the sales funnel through cold calling and prospecting.
• Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations; assist and deliver demonstrations when ready.
• Serve as liaison between customers and capital sales team, ensuring timely communication.
• Assist with pipeline data entry, funnel updates, and territory reporting.
