Job summary

GDIT is seeking an Army Enterprise Security System (AESS) Administrator at Fort Stewart, GA to manage deployment, operation, and maintenance of AESS components and related servers.

The role requires 3+ years of IT/infrastructure experience, DoD security certifications, and hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, ePO, and security tooling. Onsite schedule 0730–1600 with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related IT/infra experience.
• Experience deploying and maintaining AESS endpoint protection components.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Cisco networking.
• DoD 8570.01 certifications or equivalent required.
• IAT-III baseline certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment, operation, installation, and maintenance (DOIM) of AESS components (DLP, PA, IDS) and servers.
• Prepare and produce AESS reporting in CMRS and contribute to Authority to Operate (ATO).
• Support STIGs, IAVA monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and remediation.
• Collaborate with government and contractor teams to ensure ePO/AESS performance.
• Participate in monthly change control boards (CCB) and assist with special projects.
