Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is required, or equivalent years of technical experience.
2 years of experience in project management is required.
1–3 years of training experience required, preferably in power distribution, power generation, or controls.
Industry-related and/or sales experience (quoting, estimating, inside sales) strongly preferred.

Serve as the lead quoter/estimator for AES Electric Power Product Support sales team and support quote structuring.
Review construction documents, wiring diagrams, sequence of operations and specifications to quote equipment that meets project requirements.
Assist customers by providing technical information, literature, schematics, and wiring diagrams and demonstrate knowledge of Caterpillar products.
Keep accurate records of activities, customer interactions, quote status and project progress in the CRM system.
Perform market analysis to determine the competitive landscape and maintain knowledge of Electric Power Generation technologies.
Arrange for all rental equipment to be onsite to support ongoing projects.
Order, track, document and bill parts, supplies, and equipment on proper work orders.
Communicate with PSSR, Field Engineers, Technicians and Customers associated with projects.
