Firefly Aerospace seeks a Senior Manager of GSE Fabrication to lead welding, panel fabrication, and I&C integration across programs. The role concentrates on building and directing a high-performing fabrication team, while aligning with program schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of fabrication management experience in aerospace, defense, or similar industries.
• Minimum 5+ years in fabrication leadership or people management.
• Strong background in welding, fluid systems fabrication, and I&C integration.
• Experience with AS9100 quality management systems and related codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage GSE fabrication teams across welding, panel fabrication, and I&C integration.
• Recruit, hire, and develop fabrication talent with expertise in welding and I&C.
• Set goals, coach, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align fabrication with program objectives.
• Oversee fabrication schedules, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Represent GSE fabrication capabilities to executives, customers, and stakeholders.
