Job summary

AAA USA Inc. is hiring experienced Wire Harness Technicians to support aerospace, defense, and commercial manufacturing programs nationwide.

Responsibilities include fabricating, assembling, testing, and inspecting wire harnesses per engineering drawings, military specs, and quality standards. Minimum 2 years of experience, ability to read schematics, and proficiency with crimping tools, soldering equipment, and testing is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of wire harness, cable assembly, or electrical assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly schematics.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies per drawings and BOMs.
• Cut, strip, crimp, solder, terminate, and route wires per specifications.
• Install connectors, backshells, and related hardware.
• Perform in-process and final inspections for workmanship and electrical continuity.
