TE Wire & Cable LLC is hiring a Cable Harness Assembler in Saddle Brook, NJ. You will assemble, test, and install harnesses for aerospace applications, reading wiring diagrams and engineering drawings to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma (electrical assembly preferred) and at least two years in wire harness work. IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC J-STD-001 are desirable. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 Years Experience with wire harness assembly and able to read wire harness installation drawings/wiring diagrams/work instructions.
• Experience with IPC/WHMA-A-620 desired.
• IPC J-STD-001 desired.

Responsabilités

• Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, and harnesses according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Use manual & powered tools for stripping, crimping, soldering, and connector assembly.
• Conduct electrical continuity and HI POT testing on cable harness assemblies.
• Read and interpret engineering documentation and wiring diagrams.
• Inspect, verify, and document each step of assembly; ensure quality per specifications.
• Identify problems and help improve manufacturing processes.
