Job summary

Responsibilities

Participate in all aspects of production to ensure financial and customer requirements are met.
Demonstrate outstanding conflict resolution, leadership, and organizational management skills.
Develop strategies to enhance technical proficiency and produce higher-quality harnesses.
Inspect and identify non-compliant products and processes.
Support team development and improve manufacturing environment.
Manage material types issued to production.
Track project completion timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure manufacturing tools and equipment function properly.
Create a safe work environment for production teams.
Participate in initiatives such as ISO:9001, AS:9100, Lean Manufacturing, and Employee Safety.
Undertake additional responsibilities, initiatives, and ad-hoc projects as required.
