Teamprovide is seeking a Wire Harness Technician III to ensure harness assemblies meet engineering specs and quality standards for aerospace applications. You will support manufacturing teams, drive quality improvements, and collaborate with quality and engineering departments.

Responsibilities include production participation, leadership in conflict resolution, and implementing Lean and ISO initiatives to improve efficiency and safety across the plant.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent collaboration skills and teamwork.
• Experience in wire harness production or aerospace is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Participate in all aspects of production to meet financial and customer requirements.
• Lead with conflict resolution and organizational management.
• Develop strategy to improve harness quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Inspect and identify non-compliant products and processes.
• Support team development and optimize manufacturing environment.
• Handle materials issued to production.
• Track project completion timelines for on-time delivery.
• Ensure tooling and equipment function properly.
• Create a safe work environment for production teams.
• Support ISO 9001, AS9100, Lean initiatives and Employee Safety.
• Handle other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects as required.
