Qualifications

• Basic mechanical skills required to assemble components.
• Must be detail oriented with careful workmanship.
• Good manual dexterity for small parts and wires.
• Ability to use precision rulers and measuring tools accurately.
• Ability to correctly identify colors on prints and wires.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses and other cable assemblies.
• Prep, cut, and strip wire/cable.
• Apply wire terminals using hand tools and automated equipment.
• Assemble wires and cables per blueprints and instruction sheets.
• Maintain logs, records, and reports on production and maintenance.
