Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine LLC in New York is seeking a qualified Engineer to support the manufacturing and repair of high-pressure turbine engine components. The role includes developing and improving processes related to coating and welding technologies, along with leading project updates and customer meetings.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and have at least 2 years of welding engineering experience. Comprehensive benefits and competitive pay structure are included.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical, Materials, Chemical, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering required.
2+ years of experience as a Welding Engineer.
Experience in manufacturing processes is preferred.
Knowledge of gas turbine manufacturing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and standardize processes in coating and welding technologies.
Ensure processes meet quality requirements.
Lead problem-solving teams on manufacturing challenges.
Monitor daily quality and productivity results.
